Skool News is Skool's own YouTube show, and this page lists every Skool News episode with a plain summary of what it covered. Skool's team uses the show to announce new features, share what it is building next and show off groups it likes. Below: the biggest features it announced and when, then all 82 videos, newest first.

Skool News is Skool's own YouTube channel, at youtube.com/@skool-news. Since 3 Mar 2025, Skool's team has posted a show there almost every week, with new features and roadmap updates. By 22 Sep 2026 there were 75 numbered episodes, plus 2 owner interviews and 5 Skool Games event recordings: 82 videos in all.

The biggest features Skool News announced

In 2025 the show was mostly about new tools inside Skool: video hosting, live streaming, webinars, membership tiers and analytics. In 2026 it turned to growth: traffic sources, a new Discovery, Growth Boost, then languages and payouts in more countries. Each row is the episode where Skool's team first showed the feature, with our written guide to it.

Two big launches from 2026 have no guide of ours yet: reviews (#69), where paying members rate the groups they belong to, and the new Skool Game (#64), an always-on MRR leaderboard. Their lines in the list below say what Skool's team showed.

A video shows a feature on the day it shipped, and some have changed since. For how a feature works today, read our guide or Skool's help centre.

Every Skool News episode

Newest first, grouped by month. Each date is the day the video went up, in US Pacific time. We have summaries for 39 of the 82 videos. For the other 43, the line starts "From the title" and says only what the title says. Money figures in the titles are Skool's own, not our numbers.

September 2026

  • #75 Mission: End Creator Burnout (22 Sep 2026): No launches this week. Skool's team talks about its mission, helping people go full-time doing what they love without the "content treadmill", and what it is building next: Growth Boost partnership ads made from your own videos, a view of the ads Skool runs for your group, local payment methods and currencies at checkout, a faster app, steadier live calls, and a global search and calendar across all your groups. Our guide: Skool Growth Boost.
  • #74 Growth Boost V2: We're Cooking! (15 Sep 2026): Growth Boost V2 after the reset: ads shaped by members who stay past 90 days, a bid worked out for each group, partnership ads and a test of ads made by owners. Also a new default sort for reviews, 11 languages and fast payouts worldwide. Our guide: Skool Growth Boost.
  • Ym Babie: $170,000/month with a Trading Skool (11 Sep 2026): A private Platinum interview that Skool made public. Topics: sending Instagram followers straight to Skool, selling the lifestyle, one ebook for 18 months, trading live every day, and tiers instead of free trials. Our guide: Skool success stories.
  • #73 Growth Boost Masterclass (8 Sep 2026): A Growth Boost masterclass: campaigns rebuilt, trial conversion now read for each group, a tip to add an annual plan, and the four stages a group moves through. Also reviews in Google, automatic language detection, and Trending moved away from $9 groups. Our guide: Skool Growth Boost.
  • Nick Saraev: $280,000/month with an AI Automation Skool (3 Sep 2026): A private Platinum interview that Skool made public. Topics: a bare-bones launch, a 90-day money-back promise, regret about pricing, replying to posts every day, and YouTube sending people straight to Skool. Our guide: Skool success stories.
  • #72 New Record: $1,000,000/month on Skool (1 Sep 2026): Skool says a group in the trades is the first to reach the record in the title. Also reviews live, captions in members' own languages, fast payouts, Platinum interviews made public, and Growth Boost wins. Our guide: Skool success stories.

August 2026

  • #71 Growth Boost Bidding System (25 Aug 2026): The Growth Boost bidding slider, from 30% up to 70%. How Skool judges whether a group is efficient, why existing members keep the % they joined at, and the stages a group moves through. Our guide: Skool Growth Boost.
  • #70 Skool Goes Global (18 Aug 2026): Payouts open in India, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Costa Rica. Chinese, Italian and Dutch are added, reviews start rolling out, and currencies are named as next. Our guide: Skool in other languages.
  • #69 Reviews Are Here! (11 Aug 2026): Reviews launch. Only paying members can leave one, and Skool asks them on day 31. Each review shows how long the person has paid and appears on their profile. People who are not members see no reviews on About pages until enough are collected. Also French and Portuguese added. Our guide: Skool in other languages.
  • #68 Languages Are Here! Spanish + German (4 Aug 2026): Skool's screens in Spanish and German, picked from your browser's language. Emails were still in English. Our guide: Skool in other languages.

July 2026

  • #67 Growth Boost is Boosting (28 Jul 2026): Growth Boost wins, what an efficient group looks like (niche, price, conversion, trial, retention), linking your social profiles, and using a direct Skool link in your bio. Our guide: Skool Growth Boost.
  • #66 Free Trial + Freemium Improvements (21 Jul 2026): Locking content from trial members, limiting their DMs, an upgrade button for freemium members, and an efficiency score still in progress. Our guide: Skool free trials.
  • #65 Trafficmaxxing + Sacred Geometry (14 Jul 2026): MRR leaderboards with status emojis, freemium plans shown at sign-up, and the roadmap: trial-locked content, fast payouts worldwide and languages. Two lessons: traffic drives money, and how you pitch your community matters. Our guide: getting more members on Skool.
  • #64 The NEW Skool Game (7 Jul 2026): A first look at the new Skool Game. Skool's team says the Skool Games in their old form have stopped. In its place: one always-on MRR leaderboard in Skoolers that also shows each group's traffic, status emojis at milestones, and a Platinum club at the top. Also how Growth Boost decides where to spend, and why accounting stays simple when Skool is the merchant of record.

June 2026

  • #58 11 Skools making $1,000,000+ per year (26 May 2026): The 11 groups in the title, in plain niches. Also Discovery changes, group card and About page tips, and free trials. Our guide: Skool success stories.
  • #57 Skool’s Secret Project (19 May 2026): Despite the title, mostly the new Discovery algorithm. Trending, based on the last 24 hours, becomes the default sort. Top is still there, sets your rank and is harder to game. A new filter menu adds public or private, free, paid or free trial, and language. The secret project is named as next. Our guide: Skool Discovery.
