To log in to Skool, go to skool.com/login, type the email address you signed up with and your password, then click Log In. One Skool account works for every group you join or run. This guide covers the Skool login steps, what to do when your password or email stops working, and Skool's own fixes when the page will not load, all checked on Skool's pages on 12 October 2026.
Go to skool.com/login, enter the email and password on your Skool account, and click Log In. Forgot your password? Reset it at skool.com/reset-password and check your spam folder for the link. Lost access to that email? Skool says paid accounts should email help@skool.com, and free accounts should make a new account.
How do I log in to Skool?
Skool's Support Quick Start Guide (updated 8 October 2026) gives skool.com/login as the place to log in with your saved email and password.
- Go to skool.com/login in your browser.
- Type the email address you used to sign up.
- Type your Skool password.
- Click Log In.
Use the same login for every group. Skool's guide says your account "is tied to the email address that you signed up with", and it recommends one email for everything. Even when a group sends an invite to a different email, Skool says to click the invite and log in with the account you already have. On your phone, the Skool app is covered in our Skool app guide.
Can I log in with a code instead of a password?
Yes, if you can open your inbox. When we checked Skool's login page on 12 October 2026, it had a Log in with a code option, which appears next to Forgot password? once you type a valid email. Skool emails a code to that address, and you type it in to log in. No Skool help article covers this option yet, so if you do not see it, reset your password instead.
How do I reset my Skool password?
If you are logged out, follow Skool's password reset steps:
- Go to skool.com/reset-password.
- Enter the email address on your Skool account.
- Open the email from Skool and click the link to create a new password.
- Log in with the new password.
No email from Skool? Its quick start guide says to check your non-primary, junk and spam folders.
If you are still logged in somewhere, such as on another computer, you can change the password there instead. Click your profile picture, then Settings, then Account, then CHANGE PASSWORD. Type the old password, then the new one twice, and click CHANGE.
Why can't I log in to Skool?
The message on the login page usually tells you which problem you have.
| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "Incorrect password" | That email has a Skool account, but the password is wrong | Reset it at skool.com/reset-password, or log in with a code |
| "The email you entered does not belong to any account." | No Skool account uses that email | Try the other emails you use. Your account is tied to the one you signed up with |
| No reset email arrives | The email is filtered, or the address is wrong | Check non-primary, junk and spam folders, then the spelling |
| A blank page or ERR_CONNECTION_RESET | A connection problem between your network and skool.com | Try another network first (steps below) |
| 403 Forbidden | Skool refused the request, usually because of your network | Turn off any VPN or proxy and try another network |
The login page will not load
Skool's connectivity article lists these fixes, easiest first:
- Switch to another network, such as mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.
- Restart your home router. Unplug it, count to 30, plug it back in and wait 5 minutes.
- Clear your browser's stored data for all time.
- Turn off any VPN.
- Switch your DNS to Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1.
Skool also says you can ask your internet provider to "whitelist the skool.com domain". On 12 October 2026 the same article flagged a live issue: customers of the internet provider Converge could not connect to skool.com.
For a 403 error, Skool's help centre says that if it shows on one Wi-Fi network but not on another, the cause is usually that network, its router, a VPN or proxy, or a security filter. Because the block sits at the network level, Skool says its support team cannot remove it. Try a private browser window, turn off VPNs and ad blockers, or use another network.
What if I can't get into my email anymore?
Skool's quick start guide splits this by account type:
- Paid Skool accounts: email Skool Support at help@skool.com.
- Free Skool accounts: Skool says it is best to create a new Skool account and use that one instead.
A new account starts on its own. Skool says there is no way to merge Skool accounts, so you rejoin your groups with the new one. Our guide on how to contact Skool support covers what to put in your message.
If you can still log in but your old inbox is about to go, for example a work or school email, move your account now. Our guide shows how to change your Skool email while you still have access.
Can I log in to Skool with Google or Apple?
We found no way to. When we checked on 12 October 2026, Skool's login page asked for an email and password, or a code sent to that email. It had no Google or Apple button, and no Skool help article mentions signing in with either. If your Skool account uses a Gmail address, you still log in with that address and the password you set on Skool, not your Google password.
How do I log out of Skool on all devices?
Skool's log out steps work from any device where you are logged in:
- Click your profile picture in the upper right corner, then click Settings.
- Click Account on the left.
- Under the Sessions section, click LOG OUT EVERYWHERE.
Run a Skool group? Locked-out members cannot fix a failed card
A member who cannot log in cannot fix a failed card. Skool's steps for that start inside the account: profile picture, Settings, Payment methods. When a renewal fails, Skool puts a red "Declined" label on the member, retries the charge, and shows the member a prompt to update their billing method. You can open the declined invoice to see why and retry it by hand. Our guide to failed payments on Skool walks through it.
Backpack adds the personal follow-up. Its Payment Recovery messages a member when their card fails, in your own words. Put skool.com/reset-password in that message, so a locked-out member can get back in and fix the card. Backpack is $9 a month, with 7 days free.
That is Skool login in short: skool.com/login with your sign-up email, the reset link if the password fails, another network if the page will not load, and help@skool.com if you lost the email on a paid account.
FAQ
What is the Skool login link?
The Skool login link is skool.com/login. Skool's own Support Quick Start Guide gives that address for logging in with your saved email and password. One Skool account works for every group you join or run, so you log in there once and reach all of your communities from the same account.
Can I log in to Skool without a password?
Yes, if you can open your email. When we checked on 12 October 2026, Skool's login page had a Log in with a code option that appears once you type a valid email. Skool emails a code to that address, and you enter it to log in. If you do not see it, reset your password.
Can I log in to Skool with Google?
Not that we could find. On 12 October 2026, Skool's login page asked only for an email and password, or a code sent to that email, and no Skool help article mentions Google or Apple sign-in. Log in with the email on your Skool account and the password you set on Skool.
What if I lost access to the email on my Skool account?
Skool's Support Quick Start Guide says paid accounts should email Skool Support at help@skool.com. For free accounts, Skool says it is best to create a new Skool account and use that one. Skool also says there is no way to merge two accounts, so you rejoin your groups with the new account.
Does Skool have two-factor authentication?
No Skool help article describes two-factor authentication or an authenticator app, as of 12 October 2026. If you think someone got into your account, Skool says to change your password and log out of all devices. Go to Settings, then Account, and click LOG OUT EVERYWHERE under Sessions.
